Somehow managed to mess up my lower back and was in great pain. I waited for a couple of days for it to go away, but that did not happen so I decided to call Okto, I was given a next day appointment and after 4 sessions with them I was back to being able to move, lift, and pain free. Very friendly professionals which have great sense of humor. Other than the treatment I was given instructional videos for exercises/stretches to do at home which also helped greatly to keep myself in shape and protect my spine. 10/10 would recommend!

10 out of 10! I would totally recommend OTKO. They have state-of-the-art facilities and super friendly staff members. As an English-speaking foreigner, communication was very important for recovery. I was pleased to see that everyone at OTKO spoke very good English. Before starting with OTKO, I was on crutches and had minimal ankle mobility. I was recovering from a severe broken leg injury and needed physiotherapy to start walking again. In a short period of time, I was able to get my ankle mobility almost at 100% back and commence walking again without crutches.
