Manual lymph drainage

Manual lymph drainage is applied as in traumatic edema (sprain, dislocation, after removing the plaster after fracture) and in primary (congenital) and secondary (post-operative) lymphoedema of the arms or legs.
Manual lymph drainage is used in combination with a multilayer bandage.
The effect is to reduce the volume of the limb and increase mobility.
